Hi, my name is Annie Shin, and I am a third year at UC Berkeley. I am very grateful to serve as one of the twenty ASUC Senators for the 2011-2012 academic year!
Brief bio:
- I was born in Seoul, South Korea and lived there for 6 years before I moved to California. I went to elementary/middle/high school in Cupertino, CA.
- I am majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), and organizations that I’m currently involved in are Society of Women Engineers, Association of Women in EECS, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association, Livingwater College Fellowship, and Kollaboration San Francisco. I was previously a member of International Association of Business Communicators and Phi Beta Lambda.
- I am a Taekwondo black belt so don’t mess. Heh.
